1Where is Albergo Barbara?

The hotel is 200 meters far from Vernazza Train Station and is placed on the square by the sea on the 3rd (room #8 and room #9) and 4th floor (no lift).

2How many rooms do you have?

Our small and basic hotel has 8 different double rooms all with air conditioning monobloc. All our rooms can accommodate a maximum of 2 guests, no twin beds options. Room #8 and room #9 are on the 3rd floor (no lift) and has the large sea view. Room #2, room #3 and room #4 are on the 4th floor (going up the spiral staircase / no lift) with partial sea view. Room #1, room #5 and room #6 are on the 4th floor (going up the spiral staircase / no lift) with NO sea view.

3Have you got elevator?

Albergo Barbara is located in an ancient palace without elevator and rooms are located on a third and fourth floor,

4Is breakfast included?

Sorry, we have no place to serve breakfast or other meals but you can find many cafè and restaurants nearby the hotel.

5Do you have Wifi?

Yes, we offer free Wifi in all rooms.

6What are the check-in and check-out times?

The rooms will be ready at around 1 p.m. and we usually are in Vernazza until 5.00 pm: we will kindly ask you to let us know your arrival time, as soon as you know it.

-DELAYED CHECK-IN (KEY-BOX): if your arrival is delayed (after 5:00 p.m.) do not worry, we can prepare a comfortable self-check-in for you for an easy entrance and send you information for use.

-CHECK-OUT: You will be asked to check out by 10.30 a.m.

7Is there luggage storage?

Before the rooms are ready, and after checking out, it will be possible to leave your luggage at the reception area (open from 9 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.).

1Where can i book?

On our website you can find all information about rooms still available, pictures and current prices. To book select BOOK NOW and enter your dates. We remind you that your credit card details have been used only to guarantee the reservation. Payment in cash at the hotel.

2Is it possible to book 5 or more rooms?

Yes is it possible. You have to contact us directly. Whoever reserves three or more rooms has to pre-pay the amount for the whole stay, no refund in case of cancellation.

3Where i can find the best rate?

Best rates are available only on this site, using our booking engine. It is safe and you will safe money!

4Cancellation Policy

The guest can cancel free of charge until 10 days before arrival. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the guest will be charged the total price of the reservation.

Vernazza

1Where is Vernazza?

Vernazza is one of the five villages that make up the Cinque Terre, a rugged portion of the Italian Riviera in the region of Liguria. The Cinque Terre villages are Monterosso al Mare, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola, and Riomaggiore. These picturesque villages are known for their colorful houses, steep cliffs, vineyards, and stunning coastal views. The Cinque Terre is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is a popular destination for tourists who want to experience the beauty of the Italian coastline. Vernazza, specifically, is situated on the northwest coast of Italy, facing the Ligurian Sea.

2Is it possible to arrive with car (or motorbike) and find parking lots?

Coming via the highway from the north you take the exit Levanto / Carrodano, if you come from the South or Parma you exit at La Spezia, where you have to follow the road signs towards "Cinque Terre". In both cases, after an hour of winding roads, you get 1.5 km from Vernazza. In Vernazza, the use of cars is not allowed and the visitors must park their vehicles in one of 2 toll parking 1,5 km and more from the center, at the end of the Strada Provinciale. From here there is a connection with the village via a free minivan, active approximately from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. It is recommended to book the parking.
